- West Indies are warming to the conditions in Ireland with a second successive victory in the Tri-Nations tournament, this time over Pakistan. (Scores below)
- The semi finals in the Asia Games Qualifiers happen today with Thailand v China in the early game, followed by Nepal v Malaysia. The two winners will play the final tomorrow and both teams will qualify. For the two losing teams, all is not lost. The winner of the third place play-off will also qualify.
- Harmanpreet Kaur is expected to return to duty for India in the second T20 International against England. The home team must win this game to keep their series hopes alive.
- Fresh from their dominant win over the Netherlands, Scotland take on Bangladesh later today. It will be a much tougher assignment for the home team having never defeated Bangladesh in six attempts. A very feline feel to the game as the Wildcats take on the Tigresses.
