Kirbyina Alexander

Born on 6th July 1987 in Trinidad, is former West Indies ODI and T20 International player, Kirbyina Nasie Alexander.

A right-arm fast bowler, Kirbyina made her ODI debut for West Indies in 2004/05 against South Africa in Pretoria. It was the first of twenty matches she would play, which included an appearance at the 2009 World Cup. In total Kirbyina took 17 wickets at 19.52 with a best of 3-6 against Netherlands in 2008.

It was in 2008 that Kirbyina made her T20 International debut. In fact the entire team made their debut and it turns out that Kirbyina Alexander is Cap 1 for West Indies. She would go on to play in the 2009 World Cup and a total of six matches in the format. Best bowling was 3-20 against Ireland in that very first T20 International played by the West Indies.
